Firstly, you are allowed to visit him so long as you ask a guard and he agrees to the visit. Unless he's said that you're not allowed to visit him you are allowed to while a guard is present.

Secondly, it is not remotely all cleared up. He's assaulted two people, one of those witnessed by a police officer, and showed very little remorse until he realized his lawyer wasn't going to be able to get him out as easily as he hoped. It's not as simple as dropping charges, I'm afraid.

There are many other people here who are willing to help you. Jesse has made his choices, and unfortunately those choices mean that he's no longer able to fulfill any duties he may have promised to.

He took someone else's abilities as well. And frankly, yes, that is attacking someone when their ability is as integral to them as these people's were to them.

Tempest has forgiven him, but I can't simply let him go regardless. The law doesn't work quite like that.

"Usually" is one thing, but he has as of right now hurt two people badly.

Charges being dropped applies to a situation in which the law was not previously aware of the crime and the charges were brought by an outside party. Should an officer of the law witness a crime or receive hard evidence of one, it is their obligation to ensure that justice is done. In that case there are no charges to be dropped - the crime is known and must be addressed.

I'm hardly throwing away any keys. They've been in jail under three weeks. There's no established method for release, which is why it is taking me longer to organize than I would prefer, but it shouldn't be much longer.

Disarming is removing somebody's weapon. What he removed from them was a vital part of their being. I've seen both of them since, and from those interactions I would compare what he did with mutilation, not disarming. And regardless - he had no authority to do that, particularly to Tempest given that she was already in custody and had been for days with no attempt to harm anyone.

I think I understand where some of your confusion is coming from, though. He didn't take their Initiative-given weapon - they were both born with and had had for their entire lives the abilities he removed from them.

If you wish to visit them and they allow you to, you can ask them for yourself how it makes them feel. Both have discussed it on the network.

If they've chosen to put their names forward somewhere, that is their choice. But I don't feel an obligation to spread their names further.
