I think that would depend a great deal upon the girl in question and what she likes. Generally the more personal thought put into getting someone a gift that reflects them the better, particularly in instances like this where resources are limited.

There's a magician here who does regular shows. Perhaps you could take her to one of those and some sort of nicer dinner? Though I don't know what the drinking laws are about underage people in restaurants here.

Computers aren't my field of expertise but that list is a good start for finding a gift.

If the magic show wouldn't work, finding somewhere else to go would probably be a good idea. Even if just dinner. There are a few decent restaurants around.

I think any cats around are likely strays and not very safe. On the other hand, there are a great many computer experts around.
