How do I cover my face and back at the same time with my fists; my arms aren't long enough.

But if your fists are up like this - [ demonstrating with hers ] - you can make a high or low block, keep your face and front safe. Or, if someone comes up behind you, you have the momentum to make an elbow strike truly painful. [ Demonstrating, again. ]
